At Protectigo, we are committed to providing you with products that help keep your loved ones safe during choking emergencies. We believe in the effectiveness of our solutions and recommend that you use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after this period and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@protectigo.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident in the quality and effectiveness of Protectigo products, and we encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days. If you are still unhappy, you may return the product within 60 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@protectigo.com. To speed up your request, please include your order number or the name and email address used when placing the order.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to avoid damage in transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Please note that cosmetic issues with packaging (such as dents in boxes) are not considered damage if the product itself is unharmed.
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email support@protectigo.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. We cannot replace, refund, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver your order quickly, but we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control, including courier issues, customs delays, or other unforeseen factors. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly. Protectigo is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
